Getting to UBC from YVR using a taxi or Uber/Lyft
The quickest way to get to UBC from YVR is by taxi or Uber/Lyft. To do this, simply follow airport signage to the arrival pick up areas. This option takes about 30-40 minutes
Getting to UBC from YVR on Public Transit
Getting to UBC from YVR using public transit can be done by taking the SkyTrain Canada Line (Waterfront) and getting on a bus to UBC once in the City of Vancouver [Google directions]. This option takes roughly 1 hour.
Public transit in Vancouver offers contactless payment options, so you don\’t need to purchase transit pass to ride. All you need to do is tap your card or device on the card reader to pay.

If you are driving from off-campus to park during the conference days, you can purchase your daily parking passes from UBC\’s parking portal: https://ebus.parking.ubc.ca/ebusiness/cmn/newuser.aspx. You will first need to sign up for an account as a visitor to UBC Vancouver.
