On-Campus Accommodations
Accommodations on UBC’s campus are close to the conference rooms and other campus amenities. Please reserve your room as soon as possible to ensure rooms stay affordable. Accommodations can get pricey in Vancouver especially during the summer months.
- Gage Studio Rooms are recommended for WAML attendees
- Rooms are close to public transit. Parking passes can also be purchased when checking in. The cost for parking is $16 CAD per day.

Off-Campus Accommodations
Choosing to stay off-campus will likely be more expensive than staying on campus. There are no hotels near UBC’s Vancouver campus, but short-term rentals on AirBnB and VRBO can be found within the surrounding area.
